Parkmerced is a massive 152-acre, 11-million-square foot development project that is described as “a city within a city” with a budget of up to $1.35 billion.
Parkmerced is expected to bring 5,679 new residential units, 230,000 square feet of retail space, 80,000 square feet of offices, and 60,000 square feet of parks to the neighborhood.
